Just spent time watching the weekly warmup from www.discovermovement.com
I found it via a Physio Tweet.
Great advanced upper limb work on a speed ladder.
I will definitely use it in my practice.
I had been meaning to look up some lower body ladder and mini and micro hurdle advanced work.
I'll so this too...

My friend worked in several physiotherapy clinics in Ontario and he loved his job. I wouldn't be able to do his job because it took him so much school to get his job.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the recommendation for a more advanced upper body and shoulder training guide. I've been looking into different physiotherapy methods to step up my training. I want to take my physical training to a whole other level, so doing some cross training should help a lot. I already run and do yoga. I just need some more advanced strength training exercises to help make my muscles stronger and look more defined.
