What is the psoas strech for? I think I'll need physiotherapy in Toronto for my quadriceps.
ReplyDeleteHave you updated about the psoas stretch? I can't tell how to do it with so little information. I'll agree with you on the sources, though-- some of the best stretches I've ever found have been through athletes or dancers. There's a lot that can be learned there and applied to physiotherapy.
